Product Information and Disclaimer: All candles are hand poured and made from 100% soy wax. Double sided candle wick stickers are used to attached the wick. These stickers are made of heat resistance glue to keep wicks in place with hot wax. Candle wicks give a clean, high quality burn so there is no smoke during the burn process. Candle wax then placed into aluminum tins and decorated with authentic crystals for spiritual enhancement. All scents have been carefully selected to enhance the particular stones for an aromatically wonderful experience. All stones vary in size and shapes and may cause some dents in the cap of the tin due to the crystals size. This can be expected on some of the tins. Depending on the size of the candle, burn time can last from 1-4 hours. Burn candles on when within site. Trim the wick after every use. Keep away from flammable objects, kids and pets. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Remove crystals from wax only when candle is fully extinguished. Tins can then be cleaned out and used as a storage container for whatever you like. Crystals come in many natural variations and potential differences in appearance from the product images can happen. No crystal candle is identical to another. Your candles will be similar to the photographs, but not identical.
Cleansing: Cleanse your crystals after your candle is finished its burn. Rinse crystals under warm running water to remove any lasting soy wax, while manifesting your good intentions for these crystals. Please note that there are serval ways to cleanse your crystals, this is just one version.

Shipping and Delivery:
Order Fulfillment: Our products are meticulously crafted to order, ensuring a custom-made experience just for you. Typically, we fulfill orders within 3 - 5 business days (Monday-Friday) to prepare them for shipment. While our team endeavors to expedite every order, please note that during peak periods with a higher volume of orders, it may take up to 10 business days or more for your order to be shipped. Rest assured, we keep you informed throughout the process by sending automated notifications via email or text as soon as your order's shipping label is printed, including the tracking information to keep you updated on its progress..
PLEASE NOTE: Please note that the shipping speed chosen by the customer during checkout does not impact or expedite our fulfillment time. Our standard fulfillment timeframe for an order to ship is within 5 - 7 business days (Monday-Friday). The shipping speed selected only affects the transit time once the package has been shipped.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments: While we strive to provide the best customer experience, please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. However, we are committed to assisting our customers in resolving any issues that may arise during transit. If a shipment is lost or marked as delivered but is not received at your location, we advise you to first contact your local post office and leave a note for your courier explaining the situation. It is also recommended to allow 48 hours for the package to potentially reappear.
If the package does not show up within 48 hours of being marked as delivered, or if your local post office is unable to provide further assistance, please contact us immediately so that we can initiate a claim process. We will work closely with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. If the carrier determines the package to be lost or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Please be aware that packages deemed stolen by the shipping carrier will not be eligible for a refund. In the event that you receive a damaged shipment and we offer to send a replacement, but you prefer a refund instead, a claim must be filed with the shipping company and approved by them in order to receive a refund. Alternatively, you may choose to return the damaged order for a refund; however, please note that the cost of shipping the package back to us will be your responsibility.
We value your satisfaction and will do everything we can to ensure a positive resolution to any shipping issues you may encounter.
Returns and Refunds: If you find that you do not like the scent or product you ordered, we do take returns or exchanges on unused products. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (determined by the date of tracking provided). Customers are required to cover the shipping cost to return your order to us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and, upon our approval, your refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping. Please note that shipping is not refundable. If the crystal candles are customized with labels, it is not refundable as it is considered a custom order.
